Today, as the moon rises in the constellation of Virgo, it's an ideal time for practical activities, facilitated by the forces of Virgo. In the garden, it proves to be an auspicious time for sowing carrots, beetroots, and turnips. In biodynamics, we can contemplate plants as humans, upside down with their heads buried in the ground. Accordingly, the roots of the plant correspond to the human brain and nervous system, while the leaves represent the respiratory system, the lungs resembling two branching leaves. Furthermore, the flower mirrors the digestive system, and the fruit corresponds to the human reproductive organs. Hence, in biodynamic nutrition, root vegetables are highly recommended for alleviating ailments originating from the nervous system, such as headaches and similar afflictions.
