Today marks the arrival of the new moon, a symbol of new beginnings. With this new moon in the constellation of Cancer, it's the perfect time to release emotions that no longer serve us and to embark on fresh journeys. Although the moon, a gift from the Greek goddess Artemis, remains in the sky, it appears to vanish as no sunlight reflects off its surface. This makes the new moon the one moment each month when we experience a complete absence of sunlight. It’s a reminder that, apart from the new moon, the sun's light reaches us day and night.
