Sunday 9th February

Sunday 9th February
Rudolf Steiner used the German word Gemüt to describe a state of being where thinking, feeling, and willing come into harmony—an open-hearted, intuitive way of engaging with the world. It conveys warmth and receptivity, allowing us to perceive the essence of things beyond their surface. By cultivating Gemüt, we develop a deeper appreciation for the minerals, plants, and animals that sustain us, recognising their presence and offering gratitude. Steiner believed that elemental beings are bound in the tools and technologies we use, and through mindful recognition, we can help release them from their confinement. We can also bring this warmth to our relationships with others, fostering deeper connections and creating spaces where understanding and trust can flourish.
