The moon transitions into the warming constellation of Leo, making it an ideal day to tend to fruit plants. In the garden, we could consider cutting back blackcurrants, fruit bushes, and even begin pruning apple trees. As most fruit trees have finished fruiting, we might also consider spraying them with biodynamic preparation 500 (cow manure) to help restore their strength and prepare them for next year’s fruit. For any fruit trees still fruiting, such as oranges and lemons in warmer climates, an application of horn silica 501 would still be beneficial.
