Thursday 21st November
The days continue to grow darker as we move closer to the winter solstice. Nature begins to shine inwardly, and the season is marked by festivals of light that illuminate the darkness and connect human hearts. Fallen leaves, cuttings, and vegetation should be seen as valuable resources within our farm organism, helping to foster the cycle of fertility. With the Moon in Cancer, it’s an ideal time to sow any remaining Oriental salads, provided they can later be transplanted into a greenhouse or a warm enough spot to encourage growth.
